    Drone survey based Triennial tax assessment for 2022-25 block. Now plinth and built-up area of 13000 properties is available with board. Accurate calculation of ARV as per section 73 is possible. Board increased tax demand by Rs. 2 cr , which is 100 % enhancement as compared to previous assessment. Disputes over tax are NIL now.
