On 3rd November 2025, Smt. Shobha Gupta, Director General Defence Estates (DGDE), called on the Hon’ble Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh. During the meeting, various issues concerning the Defence Estates Organisation were apprised to the Hon’ble Minister and deliberated upon.

Director General, Defence Estates (DGDE), Smt. Shobha Gupta, met Shri Raj Kumar Arora, Financial Adviser (Defence Services), on 11/11/2025. The meeting encompassed deliberations on various financial matters pertaining to and impacting the service.

On 19 November 2025, Smt. Shobha Gupta, Director General Defence Estates (DGDE), met Ms. Rachna Shah, Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T). The meeting involved detailed deliberations on Recruitment Rules, cadre restructuring, Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs), and various other issues of significance to the service.
